Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number (if available).  If you have not received an email by the next day of placing an order please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca

Q: How can I make sure your product colors will match the color I am looking for?

A: All our product pictures are high resolution with a zoom option which allows for viewing up close. However, we do understand that sometimes customers want to be 100% sure they get an exact match. What you can do is contact us info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca with the product names you are interested in and you can also then mail us a color swatch and we will gladly get back to you with the items which match.

Q: How do I change quantities or cancel an item for tie or bow tie order?

A: Contact us at info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca as soon as possible and if your order has not yet been shipped we will gladly update your order.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will be sent a tracking number (if available) via email when your order ships and instructions on how to track the status of your order. 

Q: My items were not delivered, how can I get this rectified?

A: Please contact us immediately at info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca if you have not yet received your tie in the specified time.

Q: A tie, bow tie, pocket square is missing from my shipment. How can this be rectified?

A: Please contact us immediately at info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca once you receive your order and you find an item is missing.

Q: My product is damaged/missing.

A: Please contact us immediately at info@aristocratsbowsnties.ca so that we can assist you in returning any damaged items. 

Q: How quickly is my order shipped?

A: Most items ordered before 2PM EST will be shipped the same business day, others will be shipped the next business day. 

Q: Is my credit card information and email kept confidential?

A: Absolutely, all credit card information is kept electronically secured and your address/email is never shared. 

Q: How do I care for my Ties, Bow Ties, and Pocket Squares?

A: All our Ties, Bow Ties, and Pocket Squares have product labels on them.  Generally, they should all be dry cleaned.

Q: Do you custom design Ties and Bow Ties per customer requests?

A: We can customize a Tie or Bow Tie However, there will be a minimum quantity requirement.  Please contact us for additional details.

Q: How often do you add new designs of Ties and Bow Ties?

A: Customers can expect to see new designs every couple of months.

Q: Can discount codes be applied to sale items?

A: No, discount codes only apply to regular priced items.

Q: Can discount codes be applied to multi qty or special custom orders?

A: No, discount codes can only be applied to a maximum qty of 3 of the same items.
